All Work Orders
Gain a comprehensive overview of all work orders within the system to streamline management and tracking. Click the work order number to access its Summary page for further details. You can also import data directly from this tab.
Navigate to Service > All Work Orders.
The following data displays in the smart table:

WO #: Unique number that identifies each work order.

Event/activity: Event number associated.

ERM events: Linked Enterprise Refrigerant Management (ERM) leak events.

Status: Current status of the work order, such as Quote, Approved, or In progress.

External reference #: Reference number for an external entity.

Provider reference #: Provider’s reference number for the work order.

Tags: Labels that categorize the work order, such as Recalled.

ETA: Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of the technician who will perform the service.

Sub WO#: Number for subcontractor-assigned work orders.

Site name: Site where the work is being done.

Site description: Description of the site.

Service provider: Company responsible for the maintenance.

Priority: Urgency level for the work order. For example, P1 - Emergency or P4 - Non-emergency.

Date/time opened: Work order creation date and time.

Date approved: Billing approval date.

Date assigned: Work order assignment date.
-
Date started: Date when the work started.
-
Date completed: When the work order was moved to Service complete and closed.

Space and Space type: Classifications of the specific are within the site where work is happening.

Parent organization: Organizational hierarchy for the work order, from first to fourth level.

Provider invoice #: Invoice number from the service provider.

Invoice amount: Total cost for the invoice.

WO type: Billing type, such as Normal, Quote, Estimate, PPM, Comprehensive payment, and Not PPM.

Department: Department within the site handling the work order.

Category and Subcategory: Classifications of the assets linked to the work order.

Asset: Asset undergoing maintenance.
-
Work order name: The name, description, or reason for the work order.

Compliance category: Broad category of compliance work, such as fire alarm, electrical, fuel, and others.

Open links: Number of open work orders linked to this one.

Operational status: Indicates whether the asset tied to the work order is operational.

Created by: User who created the work order.
-
Created by role: Role of the user who created the work order.
-
WO age (days): Number of days the work order is open.
